All the keyboard warriors in the comment section are hilarious. They cried because the Supra didn’t have a manual, now they cry because the manual is a modified BMW transmission.

Interesting that it's a BMW casing but internals are actually Toyota supposedly? Which is good, because BMW manuals are a little iffy.

Amazing performing car. Unfortunately I can't fit in it, and my back and neck doesn't like to flex/compress as much these days. Worse visibility than my current car. And no Android Auto, like wtf.

Right off the bat, I can see shifter arm motions will suffer if you have drinks in those cupholders. But the ZF manual seems to be more robust than the Z's.

Rev matching is a game changer for people just learning to drive a manual.

It would have saved me a $2K clutch job on my son’s tC. I’m glad to see it offered on new manual cars.

I am anti rev match... It is undoubtably impressive tech. But what is the point of driving a sport car that is manual if one of the key skills that makes it so different, and hands (feet on) is automatic???

"Manuals are for real men".... that can't match revs or heel toe on the track???

I agree, mine would be turned off too. Its a nice aid for teenagers starting out on a manual though.

meh. I may be a bit hard... but all three of my kids learned manual on an old e36 and my youngest daughter still rows gears every day with out rev matching. She would laugh at a guy with rev matching too. And prides herself having college male friends who can't drive her car.

Having said all that... I was glad to have rev matching in my friends modified GT4 on the track as I did not want to make a mistake in HIS car bombing around the track
