I hope reliability is there with the Z06 and gets better with the LT2 drivetrain.

I had a $63k pre approval @ 4.5% with $1,000 down last year I'm sure I can get approved for just as much in a year or two when my Mustang is paid off. I'm definitely leaning towards a C7 or C8 and ready for a $800 or so payment. The Z is not my top choice. We shall see.

Looks wicked and it sounds incredible as well. I'd say the C8 Z06 is officially worthy of being called a super car.
mid-engine, dry sump lube, all-four fixed brembo brakes (w/ e-brakes), and proper suspension ... has the merits of a supercar.

Good luck. I was just watching a Youtube review of the 2022 C8 and it is growing on me looks wise, but the price OMG! The guy said they just "lowered" it to $108k. I could see maybe a 5-10k price hike for a little while but that is insane.

Of course he said that people with wealth will pay that much. Check this out

Hopefully GM honors their rebates a year or two from now because I would've bought a 1LE or even 2.0 turbo if they would have honored the prices that we're listed last year. I gave them an earful when they followed up with me (bought the cheapest 10r80 5.0 in the country last January). C8 is my top choice even over the Z.

I saw my 1st C8 today. I had to admit they look a lot better in person.
i've seen a blue and yellow so far...they do look way better in person.

1st look at the Z06
