I saw that prices on used cars are finally starting to come down. Also with all the talks of an oncoming recession, I think we'll start seeing a lot more sellers will start listing these cars for a more realistic price tag.

I had this exact color combo; I traded in a 2000 black on black NSX-T for a 2003 yellow on yellow NSX-T. The 2000 model was superior in my view. The 2000 would hit much harder when VTEC was engaged, as Honda did a bit of an oil pressure drop right before 5800 RPM to make the “hit” more pronounced. The 2003 engine was made much, much more linear. With the stock air filter and stock intake, the VTEC crossover point was pretty much erased. I had to add a Gruppe M carbon fibre intake and filter to the 2003 to make it sound more like it should. Some thought it sounded more like a 360 Modena w the Gruppe M intake. The original NSX is a phenomenal car, the only drawback for me at least is that it really couldn’t win many races in a straight line. The GT-R solved that problem for me :)

The C32B in the 2003 NA2 NSX stops making power at about 7400RPM, with power peak at about 7100RPM, so the only reason to go to 8KRPM was because you could and it really sounded great. The C30A motor in the 1991-1996 models could actually be modded much more, since it didn’t have the fiber reinforced cylinder liners that was needed when they bored it out to a 3.2 from a 3.0. Obviously I had no idea that these would be so valuable, as I traded it in for a V10 M5 when the V6 HSC and then the V10 HSV both got shelve by Honda HQ…
