Ouch! I’m completely paranoid in particular about gravel trucks. I hate it when they’re spewing stuff all over, with basically what amounts to an unsecured load. I really back way off when I see some jackwad like that.:curse:

Since I’ve had my Z, I’ve kept my active cruise control forward distance set at max distance, three bars. Knock on wood, after over a year of owning the Z, I have yet to get any little dings on the front nose. It still looks great. I’m hoping it’ll help with diminishing any windshield damage...

That combo is killer. I’ll be surprised if they’re the same but hopefully it won’t be a significant increase.

It would be nice to find a front end that could automatically go full-on 007, if somebody gets too close. ;)

I believe Nissan has said they're sticking with the Z, but who really knows, the way things change these days. At least we have our Z's. ;)

I like the black with white lettering. Nice touch! Unfortunately, 99.9% or more will have no clue what RZ34 means. 😉

It was the dealer in Hurst, Texas. At the time it was Grubbs Nissan. I got a little fortunate since they were trying clear out a lot of their inventory during an ownership sale and got a good deal. They were also complaining that the area was primarily interested in econo cars, pickups, and SUVs...

No, I flew up to DFW from Houston. Same state, just Texas state tax.

Here's my idea of the perfect parking location for my Z. A "moron-free" zone. ;)

A few weeks ago, it was hot as hades, so I was looking for a shaded spot to park the Z. Unfortunately, the only shaded open spot was close to where I was headed and, of course, a popular location for all the slackers unwilling to walk. It was labeled "compact only," along with the other nearby...

That’s what I did. I didn’t have to go to Arizona but I kept looking around until I found a good deal and took a short hop on Southwest to DFW. Had a fun trip driving the Z back home.

One of the few times I’ve been pulled over, supposedly, was for having dark tint on my other car, not the Z. It was on the interstate outside of Nashville, TN by local LEO. I’m fine for Texas, but he told me it would be an issue in TN. No ticket, but I was scratching my head wondering why he’d...

It’s really beautiful. They did it great job! I just like seeing one of the three classic pods jump right to 14V when the twin turbo explodes to life. 😉👍 I like cheap thrills.

Yep, I get that, too. It’s usually some beat up Civic or Hyundai with a huge tailpipe and garish, cheap wheels who thinks they have a “cool” car. :rolleyes:

Unfortunately, not doing much with the Z today or for few days, other than keeping it in the garage and on charge. Houston is in a rainy cycle and I hate getting the beautiful Z messed up by the rain. I do really like this charger. It works great. Houston summers are really tough on batteries.
