Yes, a windshield sunshade is mandatory for my Z this time of year. I just use a generic one. As long as I use it, my steering wheel has been fine, and that's with over 100 degree temperatures and my car parked in the direct sun.

I understand switching to the Z on the front reduces the aerodynamic drag and is roughly equivalent to adding 50HP.

I was surprised when the Z first became available that there was no true red readily available. I don't believe it was even a color option, at first. Just the Rosewood red, which is fine if you like that color but I was interested in a nice, bright red. How can you make a sports car, especially...

Z’s appear to have gone extinct in my area of Houston suburbia, other than mine. I haven’t seen another one in months. I did see Bigfoot, though. 😉

For me, the entire dealership concept seems outdated. I can see having local Nissan outlets, for servicing and ordering, but I’d much prefer something similar to Tesla and with strict price controls from Nissan. Come on, Nissan, how about a little out of the box type thinking to try and get...
