  1. Back in profit..good sign?

It's nice to have the newest, SOA stuff but, for me, having a proven design that's been around for awhile and had the bugs worked-out of it is a big plus. I had a Toyota Avalon based on a design that had been around for years. It didn't have the latest and greatest but the thing was about as...
  2. Backup Camera Stopped Working This Morning (software glitch)

Maybe it was Nissan calling to see how your Z was doing. ;)
  3. Backup Camera Stopped Working This Morning (software glitch)

It must have been a Monday Z. After Hiroshi had a wild sake-soaked night with some sweet geishas.
  4. Back in profit..good sign?

Good news. I want them to stick around to keep Z’s rolling out and their associated parts.
  5. Backup Camera Stopped Working This Morning (software glitch)

I plan on holding on to my Z for awhile. You’re making me start to think getting an extended Nissan warranty might be worth considering. šŸ™‚
  6. Backup Camera Stopped Working This Morning (software glitch)

At least you're not smelling gasoline. I hope. ;)
  7. First Mod

Yes, a windshield sunshade is mandatory for my Z this time of year. I just use a generic one. As long as I use it, my steering wheel has been fine, and that's with over 100 degree temperatures and my car parked in the direct sun.
  8. 2027 Z Front Emblem Part Number

I understand switching to the Z on the front reduces the aerodynamic drag and is roughly equivalent to adding 50HP.
  9. 2027 Nismo: $97,135 at Cerritos Nissan. Car is still in transit.

Indeed. That's the right move. To H E double hockey sticks with the stealers who try to rape anyone who walks into their dungeon.
  10. Sold the Z.... Carvana and the offer I couldn't refuse

I was surprised when the Z first became available that there was no true red readily available. I don't believe it was even a color option, at first. Just the Rosewood red, which is fine if you like that color but I was interested in a nice, bright red. How can you make a sports car, especially...
  11. Sold the Z.... Carvana and the offer I couldn't refuse

I hope you still pop in here, Z or not. :)
  12. 2027 Nismo: $97,135 at Cerritos Nissan. Car is still in transit.

Ah, yes. Aren’t car dealers grand?
  13. Offical Wild Z Sighting Thread

    That’s a nice perspective of the Z. šŸ˜Ž
  14. Sold the Z.... Carvana and the offer I couldn't refuse

"...The black didn't grow on me..." You should have gotten red. ;)
  15. News on BIG 2027 Z Production changes for the US

And this 2009 GT-R is a mere $113k. Granted, it supposedly only has 1912 miles on it. https://www.cars.com/vehicledetail/35b20bde-fa09-4d10-976d-8327dedd329b/?attribution_type=ship
  16. Tint % advice for tan interior

Yes, that should look fantastic with green and the tan interior.
  17. Offical Wild Z Sighting Thread

Ha! Apparently prowling in my neighborhood. We do have quite a few of these places. ;)
  18. Offical Wild Z Sighting Thread

Z’s appear to have gone extinct in my area of Houston suburbia, other than mine. I haven’t seen another one in months. I did see Bigfoot, though. šŸ˜‰
  19. Dealer Tactics

For me, the entire dealership concept seems outdated. I can see having local Nissan outlets, for servicing and ordering, but I’d much prefer something similar to Tesla and with strict price controls from Nissan. Come on, Nissan, how about a little out of the box type thinking to try and get...
