Car looks great, especially that livery, just disappointed on the rear end; I never like rear wings but it should at least have a spoiler with. It looks too empty, and it would add a degree of performance but looks great regardless, especially that carbon hood.
This is just a basic overview of 200tw tires, research each specific one from here, the higher up they are the longer they last. Maxxis VR1 provide really good grip and longevity, Conti ECF's as well, Falken's rt660 and cup 2's are very grippy but can become greasy and they don't last very long...
when you redline and shift the car's computer will keep the throttle open to rev the engine and burn exhaust emissions, same thing is happening here. When going to neutral the car is trying to burn emissions.
Yes, it is possible to use the performance manual/autos limited slip in the base, if you have a manual get the manual performance diff, if auto do auto. Z1 and nissan's dealers often have the rear assembly on sale.
so does this essentaily try to make an exhaust manifold that extends past the head? hence the headers-esque piping? So it's more like a traditional turbo setup with extra steps. Seeing the dyno charts as well, the power keeps going higher and higher even what seems to be past red line; this...
yes and yes, i'm on the nismo 1.5 way GT/LSD at 80% lock. If you care about the clunking and chattering it will make then don't do it, there are other diff's that aren't as aggressive.
I daily mine, 12k miles on the Sport, and 11k on the Nismo in about 1 3/4 years of ownership, with prices coming down from over production and the like, I'm surprised I don't see more on the road nonetheless.
You don't get a Z for reasons that competitors offer their vehicles, majority of the owners here liked the nissan kept heritage and stayed un-apologetically nissan. Do those Kia's or hyundai's compare to just the sheer history of the Z? Or perhaps the looks that caught most owners attentions? Or...
Agreed, a car when it holds so much sentimental value; especially to the point that no monetary means can confine it- to me- I can suck it up and settle the loss, or keep it. Either or, the Nismo and now that it comes manual; really taught me how fun a modern yet old chassis can feel; it feels...
essentially, the 9 speed really is an upgrade in every way imaginable over the previous 7 speed. The trans can shift faster stock but the torque mitigation is still really prominent.
Racebox said that it was at 50% of it's capacity in one of their videos about the 9 speed auto with 750WHP, I'd assume the Nismo's is significantly more stout.
Greetings, yes I am running the Competition Series, and soon Lower down pipes! If you were to search Stillen competition exhaust my thread would pop up and plenty of noise can be heard!
