Congrats. No worries about the break-in at that price.
Worst case they drove it like a rental and it’s ready for your trip. Back in the 70’s i had a uncle that believed break-in was driving off the lot flat footed and holding it at top speed for 5-10 miles…
i would recommend changing the...
print a hard copy of the screen shot posted and talk to the manager or director. tell them u just need a tech to connect and change a value from yes to no. <10min. ask when they have light day to come back at a better time.
K&n drop-in filters added as soon as i got home from the stealership. so no Idea. But i‘m not sure i could feel 5-10hp adder at full boost. From looking at the oem, the k&n would have to be an adder.
can’t find / believe no one has a dyno with oem filters vs no filters vs k&n (or similar)...
I was able to find a dealer that didn't charge me. But i was also looking for a self programming solution…
There is an older version of consult that does not require a user log in. Trying to figure out if the subscription is needed with the older version. But $35 is not bad at all. Thanks for...
Only $1,500 discount for hail damage is laughable. I would pass. ’26 will be here soon. so ‘25 prices will be dropping.
take trade-in to carmax - you will get more for it. or sell it yourself.
you will like the perf’s powered seats. Makes it easy to tweak the setup on the fly.
what’s involved with installing the clutch pedal? drill hole in firewall or is the hole already there? that along would be a show stopper for me.
i think the car is too valuable for a hack job.
i’d pull mods and sell. ‘ 26 here i come.
or enjoy it as is - are you faster than your...
No worst than a cold start. But i do pre-fill the oil filter. Plus i change the oil with a warm engine and run the engine right after while the engine is still warm and internals are still coated with oil.
my first change was at 1k to flush the dirty break-in oil. I was planning to follow...
no idea. But the ECU and dashboard display will need to be reprogrammed or swapped out and maybe the associated wire harnesses. Im guessing it would be cheaper to trade the car for a m/t. Plus the value of the car would drop like a rock.
Not sure if these guys ship to your area - but they are decent pads from street to racing. Their XP10 would be equivalent to the F210-HC+.
