My Z has 89km. it's still early.. so i was wondering if i changed the OEM 0W20 to 5W30 conventional oil for the break-in period, would it help the process? ...or don't bother?
how did anyone managed to hammer the z1 bushing in?? lol i tried it and it was impossible. So i resort to press it in.
i really didn’t want to pay that much for a tool that i was going to use once so i used an air hammer and chisel attachement to remove the metal sleeve.
i don’t want it to rust like my IS250….and also hoping to reduce road noise.
I used raptor liner. 6 bottles gave me 1.5 coat in the flat area and 2 coats in the wheel wells.
I got 89km on the odo and it's sitting in the garage for the winter. i have plans for the car and one of them is to install full catless dp.
I know i should tune the car ASAP if i'm driving catless...My question is, should i wait until the break-in is done to be tuned or it doesn't matter and...
you can do it without removing the intercooler. i did it. the difficult part for me was to figure out a nice way to rout the hoses.
it's not too difficult. you will even be able to put the new hose onto the oem hose retainer(platic hook)
at some point i drop the part into the abyss under and had such a hard time getting it to where it's supposed to go.
it was 30-45 mins of cursing but i'm all about pedal feel lol

it's like to have a 6 pt harness in the car for track use only. I was looking at OTS harness bars for our Z. for me, it seems to me that Next Level performance has the best simple product. anyone has feedback on this topic in general...
