Blog says solenoid stuck open. I wonder what happens if you force it closed, or even just plug the hole, and tell the ECU that it’s functioning correctly. Is there a problem created by keeping it closed?

I drive Pilot PS4 in the winter and consider the Pilot A/S a snow tire. Just slap those on and be done.

I’ve had 30 new cars now so I’m not casting any stones. I will say that the majority of the trades were from hating my job and just getting bored trying to escape and spend the money I’m slaving over. In my situation it’s wildly unhealthy in many ways. Trust me I’m not pointing fingers.

People are selling GR86s for $40k now. Great cars, I’ve owned two, but hilariously deficient compared to the Z. Congrats your car. It’s a no-brainer now with these prices.
