That is actually better than mine with the same springs. My fronts have 2.1 left and 1.8 right. I would leave yours alone, 1.6 degrees is a very mild camber for street and won't hurt the tires with good toe setting. For the rears you could fix it easily with just camber/toe bolts...
Mark everything, install the bottom bolt first but leave the nut loose, you can get some twisting with the spring and tophat to get it to align up top after.
