I normally hit 90-92 ft/lbs. OE lug studs are normally grade 10.9, which for a M12 x 1.25 thread pitch is rated for 100-110. I see no reason to max out the stud torque rating.

Dealerships sell debt. Going in with cash or financing elsewhere is actually bad for negotiation (for them). They want to sell you debt which they get a piece of, not profit on a car. Pretty much what our entire economy is based on now, debt leverage.
