While I have no actual numbers world-wide or anything it is interesting to see when searching cars.com for all new and used 2023-2024 Z's today (7/29/2024).
Of course not every one is listed on this site and it is USA only. However it seems to tell the tale of what colors are more common:

Including all trims:
Black: 343
Blue: 58
Gray / Silver: 483
Red: 21
White: 204
Yellow: 43

When I search the red category I only see 2 Passion Red, the rest are Rosewood.
When I look at Gray / Silver I sometimes see white. These numbers are up to however the seller marks their car as to what color it is. So none of this is super accurate but it it does kind of paint a picture of some sort as to what colors are produced.

No real surprises here as to all manufacture's making more neutral colors of their cars more than any other.

I agree with the lack of red cars. Sadly my 2016 red nismo tech that I owned for 7 years was stolen off of my driveway on Memorial Day. Right under a security floodlight camera. I was trying to get a red Z the past month and gave up. I went with a black performance model with the red/black interior. Even that was tough to find.

I think I lucked out. When I finally decided to get a Z the only one for sale in my town was a performance Rosewood. The exact trim / color I decided I wanted. I have yet to see another Z for sale here that is not black, white or gray. There are 11 of them currently for sale in my area. 6 at one dealer and 4 at another and 1 used one at another.

The used one looks to be a good deal right now too. When I was ready to buy they wanted $53k (its a 2023 Gray performance with 900 miles, 1 owner). They still have it and are now asking for $47k

Omaha.

I said all that based on memory. I guess it's actually got only 685 miles on it and they want $46,800.

The tires look like it has / had been sitting in the sun for a long time - not that that is a big deal, could just be the lighting. These are the same pic's from a few months ago when I saw it originally.
Totally excited about this and ready for a road trip to get it, but.....it's an automatic =( Still looking for a Performance manual closer to $45K slightly used is fine, will track it anyway.

Waiting for Nissan to announce the 2025 models. Hopefully we should see the new red color listed among many others and on the way to dealerships in the next 2 or 3 months. Most manufacturers are already selling and listing 2025 models on their website. Waiting for Nissan to catch up...as usual.

Looks like it is down to $44,400
Damn. Someone is going to get a hell of a deal in a barely used new performance Z.

I went to look at this Z. Really nice guys at this dealership, they invited me to take it for a test drive by myself. Love the car but I would take to much of a hit selling my 2023 M240i which has been an awesome car.

Same here. It was the closest color to the bright red that I really wanted, but it was my next choice in a performance with 6MT.

Looking at Zs in the Phoenix metro market and all are gray or black currently. I still have yet to see a 2023-24 Z on the road at all since I saw my first 2023 Z in person parked in Old Town Scottsdale in 2023 outside of the one I drive.

Anybody has current sales numbers of '23 and '24 models? Rare sightings still even in CA. I imagine most are still sitting in dealerships.
