Here is a side by side visual comparison of the Open Differential and Limited Slip Differential from the Sport and Performance Z.
Not something everyone gets to see every day.

Am I correct to say that the CLSD from a Performance trim be a direct swap into a Sport trim?
It sure looks like it's the right size, doesn't it? Are there any electrical connections that might not exist on the Sport?

Correct! This swap required no fabrication, it bolted right up! It did, however, have a Differential Temperature sensor that the sport open diff does not have- we just left this unplugged since there is nowhere for it to go.

Correct, there is a temp sensor on the LSD that does not exist on the sport model. This can remain unplugged with no issue.
