I’ll be happy with just Adaptive Cruise then!

Thanks guys.

I’d really like the Z with the Blue interior, Red will come a second and then I’d buy something else if I have to have black only!

I’d say both
Sorry been busy building my sons old Lego sets…some of those things a worth a fortune…will help buy the Z
just catching up…as Tdog said you can get yellow in normal trim.
$500 deposit from Osborne Park, what in the heck! I had to pay $5000. Maybe because they have big numbers now, don’t know but not happy with the difference
As to price I wouldn’t worry, they have said 80k all along to me, I doubt they know set price just what they have guesstimated up till now

It's been as good as confirmed that we're not getting the blue interior here. Just black/red and black.

No on both I am fairly sure.

Have a read of the press release that I linked in my previous post as it covers most things about the car.
I did

Sad face.

With all the talk of price gouging & cars...have any of you seen what Suzuki Jimnys have been selling for in Aus! There's a few on there for 50k. Didn't they used to be ~20K?

No idea….are they second hand or new…I know the MX5 price is the same as what it was a Year ago because I was going to give in and buy one. If Nissan makes the Z unobtainable I still will

I’ve just double checked the price of the Supra… and a dealer got in touch again letting me know 2022 models will be available from August.

I’m saying that, prices go from $95k to $107k! Some reason, I see a price increase?! That’s a mega price. Hoping the Z will be $80k or less.

my dealer has always said 80k ….hoping it will be cheaper, but I’m prepared for 80. Any more I’ll jump ship and be driving an MX5 . That’s why I wish they would hurry up and release a price so we can make our own decisions

A bit low based on what? Did she have the inside scoop or just talking smack?
I work for a dealer network and there is no price at this stage. The vehicle specifications haven't even been loaded into our systems. So nearly everything is speculation at this stage.

As the Z is unlikely to meet the efficient vehicle ruling for LCT, of less than 7l/100km combined, they will try to price it in line with the $69k threshold.

My guess is the Coupe will be around that mark, think more Mustang pricing than Supra, given the absence of tech and the shared platform (370Z) and powertrain (Q60). The Proto will probably be about $10k more, purely on its scarcity people will be willing to pay more. If they do only produce 240 Proto spec they may be even more, but it'll be a good investment at whatever price. :)

The absence of tech also may be the reason the production target dates came forward. I am hearing July and should have a VIN in May. With just in time parts delivery though, there can always be delays, especially given issues in Ukraine/Europe.

I realise there is no set price yet. My order has been in the system for over a year now, Ive now been told I was the first to order in WA.
I like your optimism…but again, can’t see it being that price
The 370z was 67k on release 13 years ago….no way is a car going to be the same price as it was 13 years ago

i really hope your right though

Too good!

Now... retro fit ambient lighting?

Thank you morgand. You've given me a smile reading this and the LCT. Not that I don't mind paying it.

Are there any aftermarket exhausts on the market yet or coming for the 400Z?
