Purely speculation at this point. I cant see them coming in anything under $75k on road, keeping in mind that we wont get the base model
Agree, I love the article for its optimism, I REALLY hope it’s true.…but I’m just remembering the original price of the 370z 13 years ago which was 67999k for a manual, around 70k for automatic.
I just can’t see it being sold for less than something was 13 years ago…I do hope I’m wrong though.

I note the article states there may be no price increase for an auto, which in all honestly given the manuals poularity would be a smart economical move for Nissan.

Lastly I don’t like their timeline…end of the year release
Ive been fooled before and probably will be again, but for now I’m trying to be optimistic.. Corporate told me July, so I’m hoping they stay true to that timeline.

I will say that reporters/car mags etc, are doing their best to keep the Zs hype up for Nissan, without these articles many would put it out of their mind…however by not giving details to them, a few months after said articles, it usually comes out that the info is wrong.
I really can’t see the harm in giving us an estimate, the Aus dollar if anything is doing really well against the Yen at present, so it’s not like they will lose out

I hope everyone was as excited as I was when I saw a new email from Nissan Australia with an “All New Z Update” with 0 new information lol
Not happy, they're spamming us with crap that's already been detailed on their website.

I was told that when they were checking our order they needed to also make sure our contact details were correct so that they could keep us in the loop with any new developments…not spam us with the same crap that we have known for months.

I have to say, I love the car, I want the car but I’m totally disappointed with the way Nissan is going about things

My finger isn't as on-the-pulse as it was, but I see in that email they mention it's 8 inch touch screen. So I guess it's official that that'll be what we're getting. No 9 inch.

Probably old news to you lot, but it was news to me. I thought there was still a chance.

Not gonna lie, it's a disappointment.

Last time I spoke to my dealer he still said they haven’t actually been told directly exactly what will be in the car, and that the information list could still possibly change….who knows if they know anything further now, but the email we got today is exactly like the three before it, so I doubt they have even changed it…just resent it again to get our hopes up…and then dash them.

Time will tell, but I’m with you I would appreciate the bigger screen, and some more info coming our way wouldn’t go astray either

Hi all!

After the last email blast out with already know info on the Z… I registered my interest again as no one got in touch the first time months ago.

Dealer called me a few hours later, she said car will be arriving in August (Perth), asked if if like to place a $500 deposit and asked what color I’d like.

Rosewood of course!

Anyone know what might be the best interior color to go with it?

I do love the blue!

When I ordered mine (a year ago) I didn’t even know there was a choice of interior colours ….so I have gone with plain black.
I don’t think Rosewood would look good with blue or red, so I’d suggest black…I’m. Oh even sure Rosewood has options for interior, but I think black would still look the best in my opinion.

where about have you got your order in if you don’t mind me asking?
there’s a couple of us here at Osborne park … orper told my dealer late June early July, but i have had my order in a long time, having said that a month isn’t too much extra to wait as long as it is just a month

So same dealer…I’m wondering if the early orders get a slightly early delivery date or if it’s been pushed back a month …particularly as all orders were asked to be confirmed two weeks back?

I get being over black…I’m getting a yellow non proto, and the only thing I feel I’m missing out on is the nice yellow accent interior, the rest is neither here nor there ( to me at least) but I think the red interior will clash with the Rosewood ( two different reds) …maybe blue if your desperate for inside change, just not sure how it will go

From the option's list that were available at the dealers at the time of ordering the blue interior was not an option.

As far as I am aware we will only get the black and the red/black interior and not the blue for our market.
