my sales plebes have been with me along time...from 26 years down to 6 years....I would buy a car from anyone of them. All 12 of them very qualified salesman as well as just plain good people.Yes but as a manager not a sales plebe...
You're either a very skilled manager or very lucky to have that kind of staff retention. At the Nissan dealer my reservation is with the staff churn is so high that the staffing and management listing on their web site is wildly inaccurate, seems they can't even bother to keep up.my sales plebes have been with me along time...from 26 years down to 6 years....I would buy a car from anyone of them. I've been dealing with the same guy at my local Nissan dealer for almost 7 years now. You're either a very skilled manager or very lucky to have that kind of staff retention. I wonder if it has something to do with dealer location, I suspect staff churn is higher in large metropolitan areas than small-town dealerships.I've been dealing with the same guy at my local Nissan dealer for almost 7 years now.

very cool.Funny I have been a sales manager at same dealership for 36 years......
I think a lot of ppl inside Nissan USA have been cultured in the last several years to hush-hush which reflect the read-between-the-lines messaging style by the executives.Just out of curiosity has anyone called around Southern Wisconsin, northern Illinois? I called nissan in Milwaukee and they had no information on the new z and the smaller dealers around my area are extremely usless.
I think that's very likely to be the case. I've only ever frequented motorcycle dealerships in the last decade+ here in Los Angeles, but they certainly seem to have a revolving door with the sales 'plebs'.I wonder if it has something to do with dealer location, I suspect staff churn is higher in large metropolitan areas than small-town dealerships.
Sorry I run a Subaru dealership and we are one of the few not only selling at MSRP but also discounting under MSRP. We have a lot of repeat business and we will continue to take care of all our customers. Just the right thing to do. But I am going to purchase a new Z when it becomes available.very cool.
question, does your dealership plan to add adm, if so, how much?
is it possible to get the Z at msrp?

The pricing is out and we can now order a 2022 WRX and have done so. The car should arrive in April according to our ETAs so far on sold orders we have put in. Like anything else mixed reactions always occur on changes in design. The car will be just fine and it will do fine in sales as it always has done. Oh and by the way we have even discounted them off MSRP because that is what we do.thanks for your reply.
kudos to you guys!
hopefully nissan dealerships will do the same for the fine folks here planning to get the Z.
hate to keep bothering you, but do you know when the new wrx is coming out? have you had a lot of interest in it even after the poor reception to the new design?
This is how a dealer wins business, and achieves great sales, you will make up for the discount with the extra sales you make, you’ll have more cars on the road for the manufacturer, and people wont be disillusioned by the brand. The pricing is out and we can now order a 2022 WRX and have done so. Correct on everything you have said. And thank youThis is how a dealer wins business, and achieves great sales, you will make up for the discount with the extra sales you make, you’ll have more cars on the road for the manufacturer, and people wont be disillusioned by the brand.
Well done! this is how you build a relationship so that you retain business even in the quite times.
On a seperate note.…this is also frustrating, correct me if I’m wrong but you guys revealed the WRX way after the Z…and here you are, orders in, price set and a sale date in the very near future…Nissan needs to take some notes and learn
