The best 9 dollars I've spent for my 24 performance. The clutch pedal feel and clutch travel is instantly better. The gear changes feel so much more smooth and quick. Don't miss this easy mod if you have a 6 speed.

Just trying to help fellow RZ34 owners. Sorry I didn't mention I have a 24 performance.

So how does this spring feel? Is it softer or stiffer? I just ordered it based on your recommendation. How is the shift from 1st to 2nd? Any improvement?

I would really like to purchase the RJM Clutch eventually, but it's out of budget right now.

Thanks for the posts - the RJM clutch pedal looks like a nice option….

Per ai, the spring is softer than oem making the clutch pedal heavier - some folks remove the spring completely…

I feel like the clutch pedal is lighter with the new spring. Also the clutch travel seems way shorter but it's nice. It was too cheap not to try and you could always revert back if you don't like it.

To me it feels softer. The shift from first to second feels faster due to the clutch pedal travel. But I still get the occasional grind feel every now and then. Getting out of first from a dead stop has improved. I don't feel like I'm riding the clutch to get out of first. Hope this helps!

Yeah, thanks for following up! Sounds like it make a significant different. I've seen alot of previous 350/370z owners say that the RZ34 clutch feels lighter. This is my 1st M/T, but I've driven other makes/models and the clutch feel more light and easier to engage. Plus the rough shift into 2nd gear felt odd.

I was reading up about it and found some youtubers talking about replacing the spring if you can't get the RJM Clutch Pedal. So I was thinking of doing that in the mean time when I found your post. Hope the shipping doesn't take too long!
