Got my TS carbon fiber pillars in last week and had them clear coated. I will say a few things about how I am unhappy with these.

1.) These are covers and not a replacement pillar. From the details it says that it can be installed with bolts and double sided tape. However, it was just a cover to use with double sided tape and adhesive. May be my bad, but figured for the price it was a full replacement

2.) Fitment was not too good for this brand. High near the hood.

3.) The cf weave on passenger side was going the wrong way compared to the other.

For $1,000 bucks i expected a lot more from Top Secret. Would not recommend buying. It may be because I have a cf hood also, but the varis hood was pretty much perfect fitment to the oem hood, so I don't believe that's why fitment is off

Thank you for the warning. For that price they should be perfectly engineered.

Have you contacted TS about it?

Assumption with Top Secret is you’re getting something that’s perfect. I know if I paid $9K for their cf hood and it wasn’t perfect I’d be pretty pissed. Really disappointing.

Are you certain they're legit Top Secret and not knockoffs?

Yeah, ordered through Bulletproof Automotive. Came in Top Secret box with all the usual stuff, sticker, instructions, so it's legit. Waiting on the sales rep to get back with me about trying to get a replacement.

Its Top Secret product :). Sorry for the joke. Yes for $1k, it shouldn't be the cover. Its still not perfect for a cover piece.

They may, but carbon weave goes separate ways on the right and left side and it sits pretty high on my varis cf hood line. The varis hood is almost spot on to the oem hood. So unless the TS hood sits a quarter inch higher than oem, I don't see how that would line up or look good with the cars oem lines.

Wonder whats going on with CF parts in Japan lately. My Varis aero had to be re-made because they discovered a defect, and now the whole thing is on hold. This was the winter, and i'm still waiting.

Guess its better they caught it

Yeah, Varis has been spot on from all my aero parts. You may have just been one of the few who got a little unlucky. But, glad they caught it and are getting it fixed instead of just sending out defected products.

I have their vented hood, its perfect

The owner of the wrap shop I have has their full aero, fits perfect

On my IS300, I had Vertex fenders. Uneven fitment, total crap
On my S14, Garage Seigo. Flawless

Guess JDM is not equal unless OEM
