Do it! It’s been over 2 years since I bought mine. I’m past the honeymoon stage and I’m still in love!
Past the honeymoon phase, yes.
But on a scale of "1" to "Making Out With A Chevy Lumina" how in love are you really?

I have seen that video. Super weird. He even talked about how he and his car have intimate relations or something. What a nutjob :lipssealed:

Anyways, on topic the short version of my Z story was that I was a Corvette guy and I still love vettes but as someone else in this thread said, this isn't a dress rehearsal. I only live once and wanted to try something different. The idea of a 400HP coupe for my price range and I could get it brand new and it looked as amazing as the new Z (retro but still modern) sign me up! No regrets and having a good time exploring this import sports car arena.

This is my first Z coming from BMW’s and I enjoy it. I didn’t buy new, but found a low mileage used Performance manual. I’m happy I purchased it!

I don’t think the ‘25 and ‘26 will have the same deep cuts as the ‘24. Only a 5 month assembly plan for the ‘25 that ended in march and the ‘26 is possibly the last year with another short run.

I’ve had a Z32TT and Z33TT. The RZ34 is by far my favorite Z. If you can afford it, then absolutely go for it. You only live once and I’m sure you deserve to enjoy a new toy. Live life baby!!!

Hello,
I had several Z cars in the past. Two 280zx and three 300zx and I enjoyed every single one. Now I am debating as to whether I get a 2025 Z or not. I just retired and I can afford a new one however I am having a hard time justifying the steep price as $55K is a lot of cash to tie in a car.
If you have experienced a similar situation or you can shed some light on your experience buying a new Z, please share your thoughts.
Thank you
Similar spot. I'm retired. I had 2 350 Z roadsters, one M and one A. Loved them. I also has a G37S convertible. I loved that one too. But I decided that I should jump into a new 24 M Sport. It is unquestionably the most fun vehicle I have ever owned and frankly been around. I've had a lot of vehicles and this is the best.

Get it. You will just love it whichever version you get and whatever year it is.

I bought mine one week ago after test driving a Sport and a Performance extensively. The Sport was the best option for me (also retired) and offered what I wanted, but there were only two manual Sport models still available in my province. Like others, I had a spreadsheet going, had a good idea what the price would be at each dealership (same price for the auto and the manual), and eventually purchased the last manual one available in the lower half of the province.

For July, in Canada (not sure what they are doing in SoCal), Nissan offers $5K off 2025 Zs and $10K off the 2024s that are still available, in what I assume is an effort to move stock before the 2026s are out. I was able to take it down another $3K or so, and I am sure there was still room for them to move. More than I wanted to spend for a car, but sometimes we have to bend to get what we want.

Probably best to grab one before they are gone.
