My bad. I went off of this pic from the configurator page of nissan.com.au. When you click CONFIGURE the 3D/rotatable image does show the clear markers.

I wonder if a power folding side mirror retrofit is possible for USA cars

Although I don't think it would be on the list for my Z, I thought about that last night. It cold be simple, depending on how they're controlled. If they're actuated by specific signals from the BCM (?), the auto-folding ones anyway, it could be pretty involved. No clue if this is the case, but I can see Nissan designing something in that doesn't allow them to fold while the car is moving...which in my opinion would be cool. Pull up to a light next to someone, make eye contact, and folding your mirrors in is the signal you're ready to rip.
Regardless, my guess is those mirrors wouldn't come cheap.

Canada does NOT get the navigation option but the US does.

For the power folding mirrors, what does the interior button look like?
What is the point if they don't auto fold when locking the car? Many times I have looked back to see if my car is locked and I forget if I locked it because the mirrors don't fold in.

Yes auto folding would be a lot better. At least with this we can fold them when space is tight either side.
There are no known aftermarket solutions for this. They operate on canbus unlike almost every other Nissan. There is an OEM option in Japan which I couldn't buy.

There's another thread on it here - >

I'm thinking of buying a pair of the US illuminated kick plates for my car and I notice most second hand pairs already have the Nissan Accessory Service Connector attached, I wonder if the AU Z's have that plug under the dash as well? As it doesn't seem like you can buy those Nissan Accessory Service Connectors in Australia.

We do have power folding mirrors in Aus. They're not automatic though.
There is an option for Auto folding mirrors as part of a 3 stage security pack in Japan. They would not sell me this in Japan though.
It's available via resellers but installation is not mentioned, so I'm not sure if there is something that needs to be done by a dealer also.
Thank for the verification that it is available in AUS models.

AU and possibly other regions get New Sight Orange, while North America only got that color as part of the Heritage Edition. Also Midnight Purple as a limited edition in Japan.

Was the Heritage Edition made and sold in other regions?

Heritage Edition was US only. For Japan only they sold it as the the “Customized Edition.”

AI says this about the US-spec Heritage vs J-spec Customized.
I cannot vouch for the accuracy.

In essence, the Heritage Edition is a more comprehensive package that celebrates the history of the Z car with specific color schemes, decals, and wheel designs, all while maintaining the performance features of the Z Performance trim. The Customized Edition, on the other hand, focuses primarily on visual enhancements, particularly with the unique grille and decals, without adding any mechanical upgrades.
