Anyone know why these warning lights went on when I turned on the 2024 Nissan Z? Please see attached pictures.

Is there a way to reset the system?

Thanks!

I had the 4 brakes installed today. When I turned on the Z, those lights came on. I used a hammer to pound the rotor to get it out. It was stuck in there. Maybe the pounding of the hammer causes those warning lights to come on.

The brake fluid is at full level. I used DOT 4 brake fluid. That was recommended.

I believe the warning lights are showing up because the tire sensor and other sensors are affected by the new bigger brakes. I contacted Z1 Motorsports and maybe they have seen these warning lights before. I will also contact the Nissan dealership and ask them how to reset the system.

I will post this information on my Z1 big brake kit on my other thread as well.

You could try disconnecting the battery and discharging any residual power (a brick on the brake pedal should do). Reconnect the battery after an hour or so. Hopefully it hasn't thrown any proper codes or you'll need to clear them with an OBD scan tool.

The graphic looks like the forward and side hazard warning radar is unhappy. This system is independent of the parking sensors and I can tell the side part is working by the amber light near the outside mirror when someone passes.

Stuck rotors and alloy wheels get pounded loose all the time in shops so unlikely to be a problem. Any non generic DTC codes will be hard to read unless you have an advanced scanner. Let us know what you find.
