Has, anyone used the Z1 adjustable end links? When I lowered my Z with coilovers, I noticed that the front sway bar is really close to the skid plate.
Was told to use the Z1 adjustable front end links. Anyone used this and how difficult is it to install? How do you know how much to bring the sway bars up?

The install & adjustment is a very easy job. Are you looking to add preload to the bar or just want to improve clearance? Are your bar ends hitting/rubbing or just closer than you're comfortable with? the center portion of your bar (between the mounts) remains static vs. the body.

Downsides of adjustable end-links:
  • joints will likely wear out more frequently
  • good possibility of them being noisier

To start, lay them side-by-side with the stock links and adjust the initial length from there based on your visual inspection + measurements when you're underneath the car. I'd suggest using ramps so the suspension remains loaded during measurement & adjustment.

Im looking for more clearance for the sway bar itself. It looks like a portion of the sway bar is really close to the skip plate and its knocking when going over bumps. Was told to raise the bars a bit using the adjustable end links. Was hoping to get input if anyone had this issue.

Factory plastic panel or aftermarket metal?

I have the Mishimoto Skid Plates that are metal. Its really awesome so hoping I can adjust the sway bars to accommodate.
Any chance you could get us a pic of where exactly it's rubbing?

Here you go- this pic was taken by the installer that did the coilovers.

Ahh ok thank you for that! Yes, some adjustable end-links should correct that to get your bar back to factory orientation. You'll want to adjust the new links to be longer than the stock ones.
Thanks for confirming. My issue now is what is the stock height clearance. LOL.
Does anyone have a picture they can share of their stock clearance?

Has anyone tried other brands for adjustable end links for the new Z? Any recommendations besides the Z1? Z1 shipping is horrible. Took over 2 weeks to receive my last order from them.
