No problem, sorry it took me so long. I forgot all about it but for some reason it popped back in my head this morning. Good luck! I was so worried my holes weren’t going to line up. lol. It was stressful taking a hole saw to the panels.

In the photos, those are extenders that I cut to fit properly. Otherwise they would have been touching the glass flopping around.

Mine are Sakebomb/Ohlins, and I say that only because I don't know if the spec Ohlins are identical. They're right at 2" from the hat to the top of the knob. I ordered a set of extenders from Sakebomb that they're holding until I figure out a length. Those appear to be 'remote' so they can turn corners. Not sure if I need anything that elaborate. Yours appear to be a male/female sleeve and I assume have a male/female insert between the knob and adjuster. Are the trunk pics with that extender?

Those were bendable cable extenders. But they would not bend that hard of a corner and come out in a better spot. So I took the extenders apart and trimmed them to the length I needed to get the look and usability I was after. One could just cut a larger hole that would enable you to reach in. But. I wanted the hole as small as possible. This was the closest thing could come up with compared to what I had pictured in my head.
