Happy to report I made it home after a successful weekend on track. This was my third event with Chin Track days and first time at Road Atlanta. Great weather, and I was stoked to see some other Nissans at the event including a couple GTR's, a 350 and a 370. I even saw one of the new Z's for the first time, driven by one of the flag stand workers! The car held up great all weekend. This is the hottest event i've attended so I was keeping an eye on the temperature gauges and really had no concerns at all pushing for a good 25 minutes straight. Things we're getting hot in the afternoon, diff oil was around 300F, but still a healthy margin away from the red. On Sunday, they had quiet hours from 10-12 so you weren't allowed on track if your car wasn't obnoxiously loud or stock, so I was on track for a whole session with maybe 4-5 other cars.

I wound up taking out the subwoofer/extra padding in the back and it was a great decision and let me pack a whole lot more stuff for the track. Might have used about 25% of it, but I was glad I brought it and it took me about 5 minutes to put everything back in after getting home.

First time on track since installing the Nismo control arms and the extra camber made a massive difference for these Continental ECF tires. First time I was on these tires at VIR I was getting some really unpleasant rollover in the corners which would shake the whole car mid corner. Part of it was caused by me overdriving the car a bit but a lot of what I was reading said some additional camber might help as well. Thankfully I didn't get any of those same issues this weekend. Still need to work on the overdriving thing though
