Anyone use wheel cribs instead of jack stands? Looking at building a set of wheel cribs vs buying 4 jack stands. One reason is space under the car, and second is price. Would still use a jack stand when removing a tire.

I haven’t been on their web site but I have seen some reviews of a 6” block that would double up to get 12” high. One was able to jack up his car at the rear side spot and put it beneath both front and rear tires.

these have worked well for me to get the car up enough to get a large jack(s) under it to lift as high as needed to do most anything! And I have a selection of jacks stands so I can remove the wheels for brake service and such tasks. And I made some wooden "blocks" to put under the wheels as needed (left over 2x8s from a house project) These super low ramps are currently $65 a set with a 20% coupon. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0C5T5KBGM?ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_fed_asin_title&th=1
