I think it took them a while to develop the resources to project power via drones and some newly received European missile tech.
They are doing a really good job catching up and developing this technology that is disrupting traditional war tactics.

I understand the outrage here. I am NOT saying what they did was right. And offering to buy back at 1/3 what he paid is the icing on the cake.

But let's say they refused to sell him a car. I can see him and his sister cowering behind a lawyer who's shouting about discrimination, and that he's legally allowed to own and drive one.
