Upgrading front upper camber arms

With the NISMO ones fitting both the 370 and our Z, is it safe to assume that would carry over with other manufacturers? Honestly I don’t want to spend the grip by getting the NISMO arms or having to eventually replace the heim joints I was told they use

You could get SPL, Z1 , Megan racing, if your on budget. I don’t see any of them break ,
just spray WD40 every oil change and offen in the joints. Or regrease them,
