I definitely want to add a Japanese whisky to my collection. Don't think I ever tried one.Naturally, I love Japanese Whiskey - all 3 are a great pickup if you see them in your area.
Shin is a wonderful Hibiki replacement, I'm still trying to find something to replace Yamazaki 12
I got into them 15 years ago, back when snobs turned their noses up at them because they were Japanese and not "real" scotch. Yamazaki 12yr was $40 MSRP back then......thanks to the hypebeasts now it's $140+ (if you can even find it)I definitely want to add a Japanese whisky to my collection. Don't think I ever tried one.

Hibiki is another awesome one that got jacked up by hypebeasts
Iwai, This guy right here is $30-40 a bottle and tasty on the rocks, a bit on the sweeter side
Shin 10yr is smoother but more like $70-80 a bottle.

LMAO at people turning their noses up at it for not being scotch when it legally can't be. That's like getting Scottish bourbon.
