Eibach front and rear sway bars. No issues. Not placebo. Adjust them to your liking. You’re welcome.

@kappa_md ....cant let you get away with, just that "Eibach advertisement". Since your here can you tell you us about the front sway bar, your use of settings on that bar? Did you add both at the same time? Why did you add both vs just one? maybe Placebo was the wrong choice of words but, tell us what changed, "what" with the addition of front and rear.

I’ve upgraded all my JDM cars with front and rear sway bars (FK8, ZN6, RZ34 etc) OP is asking for more handling without the stiff issue with coilovers. OP likes the stock suspension but wanted to improve driving dynamics and reduce body roll. Sway bars is the best option for that. Best bang for the buck. Both front and rear sway bars are adjustable. For the Z, I put the softest in the rear and mid settings in the front. For a RWD, you need a stiffer front end.

If you like your Z and how it handles then it’s good. But some of us feels it’s too “Grand Tourer like” vs a a proper RWD sports cars. I’ve done some changes with the suspension & chassis and I feel its stock power now matches how it handles.

My experience of upgrading to Swift springs and Whiteline Front and Rear anti-sway bars with end links have made me feel more planted and eliminated the boat like roll on the curves plus the steering is so precise which I personally wanted. I went full stiff front and full soft rear adjustments.
I have stillens, but been humming and ahhing about whitelines, are they thicker then oem?

Yes. I held the oems and were shocked how light and puny they are compared to the thicker and heavier Whiteline Sway bars. Whiteline made a big difference with confidence and stability at aggressive steering around curves at moderate speed. I was driving on major turnpike around 70mph had to do an immediate swerve avoiding roadkill , felt confident and safer with that maneuver.
