Hello, everyone. I'm new here. Back in May I got a leftover 24 performance M/T. I was looking into tunes for a while and finally decided on Stillen's. I've looked all over and can't find a lot of feedback on it. I'm currently running Sport 7 and haven't tried race mode yet. I'm current running about 18 PSI with the highest sport setting. The difference is incredible.

My question is how reliable long term will my turbos be? What is safe for this car? Planning to keep the car a very long time.

Any feedback on this product and longevity would be greatly appreciated. Thanks for helping a new guy out!

From what I've seen the Stillen tune keeps the turbos in their sweet spot efficiency wise and shouldn't hurt them at all. I am a little concerned about the massive torque on the stock bottom end and only ~60 psi oil pressure, but the Q50/60 guys have been making monster torque for years with little bottom end issues. The Q50/60's all seem to die from the "porous block" issue detailed here eventually(not tune related at all): .

Bad gas could also be more of a threat than at stock boost levels.

TL:DR It's probably fine, especially if you don't use the max torque map.

I ordered one a couple months after I got my Nismo, it is a very noticeable boost and I've not had any issues.
I run it in map 7 and Sport+ all the time and use my Z for commuting and everything else.
6 months in I'm at 17k miles.

I don't know if there's any other mod that provides such a large performance enhancement feel per dollar, not talking numbers on a spreadsheet.

Good to hear. Have you tried race mode at all? I'm afraid that if I do I won't go back LOL
