It looks like an actual fully functional rear diffuser; most of the diffusers for our car I've seen don't extend far enough into the undertray to be functional.

Agreed. I always find it funny when you’re see a car with a lower diffuser, it extends 6” under the car and you can see the huge gap at the front when STANDING RIGHT BEHIND THE CAR.
