Sideskirt repair

Hey,

Curious if the black plastic part of the sideskirt can be replaced without replacing the entire sideskirt? Guessing not, but I couldn't find a definitive answer anywhere on the internet.

From what I’m seeing, I don’t think so. This eBay link has a bunch of pics and the main plastic portion appears to be one solid piece.
