Rear Bumper Removal

Does anyone have instructions on removing the rear bumper? I don't want to pull off unnecessary parts hoping someone has done this already. I've got a dent I need to try to smooth out.

My body shop had to do this: You have to remove the rear trunk panel interior panel to get to the screws.

Just be careful with the center section of the interior panels it comes off pretty hard. My body shop made creases in the plastic.
