Maybe needs a little extra explaining that Kentaji is the first black woman to be appointed - the Good Morning America media left out that crucial word.Um . . . Ok I'll Splain, Merely laughing at the fact the 'Good Morning America' Twitter team responsible for the account stated that KBJ is the "1st Black Supreme Court Justice In U.S. History" and the reaction Justice Thomas must have had is where the giggles kick in . . .
The joke does fall a little flat though because Clarence Thomas wasn't the first black person appointed to the Supreme Court either. The first was Thurgood Marshall way back in 1967.
