My 2025 Z chimes, instead of vibrating the steering wheel on LDW (lane departure warning)..

Check the official Nissan Z video that is on you tube about the Z’s lane departure warning (LDW)…it states it’s a “steering wheel haptic vibration”.
I guess they messed up…
Dude! I just saw it 👀, what they describe is exactly what happens with my pathfinder. it’s noticeable right away, it’s feels like a video game racing steering wheel vibration and never ever felt it on z. All I hear is the chime! The video does say intermittent vibration, but curiously enough we have no vibration setting in the same menu.
I watched the 2025’s pathfinder ldw and that video alludes to vibration also but you see it.

Now I’m curious, item 151 on stuff that doesn’t work on the Z 😭

I know! My Frontier vibrated and it was so much better than the chime.

Agree that chime is too sensitive and annoying, but aside from maybe Nissan cheaping out, again, on the Z, maybe another reason is a vibrating steering wheel during a lane change in this sports car might upset the ‘Stone S007s and loop the Z to the unaware driver!🤔😂
