I've been thinking of getting some locking lug nuts. Any recommendations? My previous two cars had them. I'm not sure they actually staved off any theft, but it seems like it might be a good preventative measure. Is it worth it?

I got them from the Nissan dealer for my 23 Z. Just requires you to keep a special “key” to unlock the lock on each wheel. If nothing else it causes headaches for those looking at your rims…just don’t lose the lock…cause you’ll need it whenever you change tires…

Those are the OEM locking lug nuts you can get. I don’t know that wheel theft (alone) is a thing as much. But, it is worth peace of mind to have them.

I use the Gorilla steel locking lugs on my 78. I like them. Always worried about the wear and tear aluminum lugs can take over the years.
