^^^ This brings back memories of when my 2000 Toyota MR2 Spyder came in.

I was on rounds visiting stores and I was coincidentally at my dealer when the truck rolled in. Someone shouted, "Hey, Don, there's your car!"

As I walked over, the showroom emptied and the GM helped me take the plastic off the seats and we took it for a short drive with the top down.

My deal to get it at MSRP - $24,995 in 2000 - was to keep it on the showroom floor for three days.

Only about 1,600 were imported each year, and I got the very first one in Central Florida.

Oct/ Nov…that’s late, especially with how many cars we see on trucks…seriously, if it’s this late for Japan what hope do we have of them arriving by Xmas ?

Yep, but in WA the winter is really short, we don’t get snow …so the car can be driven anytime
