Wow. This is hugeThought I’d share. My dealer just called and confirmed they’re getting a demo end of August.
Black, manual.
Allocations for the coupe should be finalised from now til then.
Which Sydney dealer are you with if you don't mind me askingThought I’d share. My dealer just called and confirmed they’re getting a demo end of August.

Once development is over a sports car takes no more time to manufacture than any other car unless of course it is hand built…which the z is notAnd how many sports cars are they making?![]()
End of August …hardly mid year, especially when it’s just the demos, god knows how long we will have to wait for the actual coupe to be in our hands, but I’d say at least a year from release…at least.Thought I’d share. My dealer just called and confirmed they’re getting a demo end of August.

Hang in there, I'm pretty sure you will be among the first to get a Z when they are finally released.End of August …hardly mid year, especially when it’s just the demos, god knows how long we will have to wait for the actual coupe to be in our hands, but I’d say at least a year from release…at least.
Sorry feeling pretty bummed today.
Agree. I just found it quite surprisingly that my dealer called on a Sunday with specific details .Hang in there, I'm pretty sure you will be among the first to get a Z when they are finally released.
In the meantime I would be sus about any one dealers comments until we had multiple dealers report the same details.
I suspect that early orders and protos will arrive alongside the demos. These people on fb talking about November, December and January deliveries ordered later than many or us here.End of August …hardly mid year, especially when it’s just the demos, god knows how long we will have to wait for the actual coupe to be in our hands, but I’d say at least a year from release…at least.

Hope you are right, with no allocation notifications as of yet it’s hard to stay positive.I suspect that early orders and protos will arrive alongside the demos. These people on fb talking about November, December and January deliveries ordered later than many or us here.
Dealers in WA are not even opened on Sundays …very surprising to get the call.Agree. I just found it quite surprisingly that my dealer called on a Sunday with specific details .
Wouldn’t say it’s gospel until I see it ..
I agree. I still need to find storage ?My wife thinks the delays are good as the longer it takes her car gets to stay in the garage before going out to the driveway for the Z, to me makes sense to keep the newer cars in the garage.
Now she will want a new Qashqai based on my thinking?
...except for the Qashqai, Pathfinder and X-trail all launching right about now as well...Nissan aren't making 370s anymore and prob not a lot of GTRs either. They should have plenty of capacity.
