With the summer heat, using the steering wheel after being parked is a bit of a challenge.
Guess maybe I should have bought windsheild shades.

Youre not wrong on the steering wheel hot to handle being in direct summer sun. Im now looking for a sunshade

Yes, a windshield sunshade is mandatory for my Z this time of year. I just use a generic one. As long as I use it, my steering wheel has been fine, and that's with over 100 degree temperatures and my car parked in the direct sun.

I think I remember seeing someone say you can't actually "delete" them as it would just leave some exposed parts under the trim. I mean literally you can do that but it's better / makes more sense to just wrap them. Be interested in how you go about it. I wrapped mine.

Installed the wrap kit today.
On close inspection, driver side forward part not perfect but good enough.
Did better job on the passenger side.
Bogar Tech Designs kit.
