Looking to get into something I have not done before and go beyond just a wash and spray detailer.

I'm looking for advice/opinions on products to get.

I have the time and money. Pricewise I'm open.

Right now, I am looking at a polisher for paint correction.

I have seen the Chemical Guys TORQ Random Orbital Polisher Complete Kit recommended. I have always avoided Chemical Guys products for some reason.

What would you get?

I don't necessarily need a beginner/user friendly kit.
I'm very mechanically incline and working with power tools is second nature for me, along with following directions.

It’s easy to go overboard with cleaning products and I have a garage full. I’ve had good luck with the Griots Garage orbitals, they sell a couple of different machines with padsizes, smaller for detail work and larger machines for bigger panels / jobs. I keep a few on hand.
I’ve had good luck with Meguiars and 3M products in terms of cutting compounds and polishes.
But for the simple quick jobs, I also use Griots Best in Show waxes and compounds. Real fast spray polishes Griots or Meguiars again.
For hand work I use Meguiars paste wax in the can - works well and smells great!
Microfiber tower towels I like I Griots or chemical guys.
i’m not a big fan of using ceramics frequently as they tend to leave residue and are much more labor intensive to apply.
