One of my local dealer salespeople sent me over some pics (so not my photos) on their newest delivery! I’ll be over ASAP tomorrow to take pics of my own. Just wanted to show you folks YES they do sell something other than yellow. LOL. Dealer: King Windward Nissan in Kaneohe, Hawaii.

So Nissan would prefer to send the coupes to a market where their dealerships are ripping their customer base off…rather than to Aus and Canada where the dealers are respecting the recommended retail price.
That shows how much they care about tackling the issue.

Don’t get me wrong…I’m not saying that you guys shouldn’t get cars….my point is they are servicing the market that is doing the wrong thing and damaging the brand name first.

I bet the markup is fucking ridiculous. I still remember when the Evo X first released Cutter Mitsu had it marked up to $50k... and this was in 2008.

Nissan has really stepped in it with this launch, as a whole, but the lack of damage control or real-time strategic adjustment is baffling.
