Update:
My summary of AMS response to my tuner...
Hi Dave,
I spoke with AMS to get data logs. All good.
Also, Derek there clarified that I have 4 modes. 2 at 91, and 2 at 93 octane, and the key differences of each, particularly boost settings.
Additionally, he walked me through the EcuTek app, how to reset access from you to me, how to change modes, and the importance of app data Logging to determine post install performance.
(Regarding Dyno chart) He did further explain the high torque readings, where automatic trans torque converter spin create artificially high readings, and significant and continued drop post 3500 rpm or so, suggesting actual peak is lower than indicated and drop showing converter post spin. The unusual low HP also was discussed, where I shared that mid 400's and greater are more typical with my setup.
Also, FYI, to reset user ID on EcuTek app, one can disconnect and reconnect dongle repeatedly as directed in app to reset.
Thanks,
Barry
So, to conclude, dyno readings do appear out of whack. In spite of, AMS stated they are satisfied with tune settings on their end.
Overall, I feel dyno chart not accurate, high torque and drop and relatively low HP, indicative of concern. Also AMS helpful, but lack of immediate acknowledgement of degree of chart anomalies does not instill confidence.
I'll access data logs and post...
