FYI, I shifted to Progressive after 30 years with Allstate (since I was on my own at 19yo) when I got my Z in April '25 (see prev post above). This experience may be specific to Florida, not sure, but here goes... It was $148/month, just a tad more than Allstate on my "05 Z33 at the time. I got a letter in January that sort of said (my words, obviously) 'the state of Florida had determined we've charged you too much so we're adjusting your rates.' My rate changed to $99/month and they credited me $118, which paid for Feb and a little of Mar '26. Had to lean on Allstate a few times and they were always there for me. Haven't needed to test Progressive and hopefully never will.
