No forum members here going this weekend huh?! Here is the rendezvous spot on the way to WSIR Saturday 28th:

Cruise to the Showdown
All Japanese Showdown Cruise 2026 directions
Denny’s address: 12861 Encinitas Ave, Sylmar, CA 91342
Cars will meet around 8am at Denny’s and depart by 8:30am via the I-5 North and connecting to CA-14 freeway. Exit at # 55 “Rosamond” and turn left to go straight to Willow Springs Raceway.
All cars should arrive at 10am to the track.

If I lived closer I would go. Willow Springs is quite a trek for me. If it is around next year and I know far enough ahead I can probably plan for it. I am most interested in knowing how the updates and changes with Willow Springs under Singer ownership have improved the track.

There are some issues with semi-solid barriers, i.e. tires with the redesign of the updated Streets of Willow next door. Hoping this will be addressed and thought over on the big track. Nice thing is we now have the option of an infield section added around T7 and T8.

Looks like good turnout. Would have been great to get to a z event. Especially with track time.
