Added a Spare to my 2024 Performance Z

I just purchased a Nissan OEM jack from eBay. Now, for the wheel, will the 18-inch ( 145/70/R18) work for the Performance, which has 19-inch wheels? Also, will the rim for the 370 Z work on the Nissan Z Performance?

The 18x4 I got from the Q50 does fit over the front brakes. If I ever "need" the spare, I think I would only use it on the front, and swap a front wheel to the back if the back had the flat. (Even tho its not as wide a tire)

I assume the diff. in the rear wouldn't like the two different size radius of wheels.

Anyone out there driving with a standard set of 19" rim/tire size (Performance trim), that has tested full size tire fitment in the rear compartment ...tying to accommodate a flat/damage main rear tire that was replaced with the emergency spare? I suspect it will be difficult closing the hatch... if at all. An option may be placing it in the pax seat area?
