I brought down the headlight scoop design lines toward the front grille. This gives it a more 240z like appearance AND more aggressive as it flows with the design of the front hood into the grille. I think the current design almost looks like a sleepy-eyed "tired" looking car. Where as my new render here looks awake and aggressive. I also added a small "recessed" body colored grille right below the top front lip. And of course "removing" the front bottom lip or simply blacking it out.

Nice work. It removes the tired eye bags under the headlights. Paired up with the blacked out bottom lip, it makes the whole front end seem more aggressive.

One thing I'm always reminded of when seeing a straight on shot is how much the hood lines get lost with the yellow paint. If this was a darker color or satin/matte, those lines would stand out much more.

I agree any other color would look great. Also I added some 3/4 and side renders as well to get an idea of how it looks from those angles. More subtle changes with those angles but keeps everything looking good still.

The scoop has always flowed back up to the top of the bumper. This just creates new vertical edges surrounding the top of the grille which makes it even more squared. Good work but the original has a nice flow.

Just playing around on my phone blacking out parts of the grille for ideas.

Been thinking about ways to change the appearance of the grille by simply wrapping parts of or the whole bottom lip.

Sure hope it looks better IRL, in photos that grill is a disaster. It's as if the designer quit (or was fired) before he finished the grill and front fascia and nobody remembered to complete the job. Big shame because the rest of the car is so sweet.

I like this. Maybe a carbon fiber bar across the center where it looks blocked off with plastic anyway.
