On my window sticker, it mentions "LED DTLR with welcome signature." Does anyone know what exactly this is referring to. No help from the dealer, just like to know what it might mean.

Is it factory installed?

Pretty sure it’s just the daytime running lights, when it starts up the LED trim around the headlight does like a sequential run and stays on

This would be the correct answer. The "halo" like DRLs on the headlights that do their welcome animation.

I don't think my 23 Performance DRLs do an animation. Did that show in 24 or 25? Can somebody post a video? I did find this video that shows the ground lighting, but this is on a NISMO, not a Performance as @itskat13 mentioned.

@itskat13 did you ever figure this out?

This does look very much like a typo of "DTRL".
