For some reason the 2023 Z (Aus spec ~ Performance) seems lacking in base. I and many other have noticed this. I've just reached 2000km and it seems to have gotten a bit better but still not as good as the 370Z
I own a 2009 370Z (Aus spec ~ Nav with Bose sound)
My idea was to see if the 370Z sub:
370Z boot and part no.
Z boot and part no.
My finding are:
Also to note:

My idea was to see if the 370Z sub:
- would fit in
- had the same plug
- sounded better in the Z
370Z boot and part no.
Z boot and part no.
My finding are:
- the subs are the same shape and size and they feel about the same weight
- they do not have the same plug so I couldn't plug it in to test
- 370Z appears to have a 6 pin plug, the Z appears to have a 4 pin plug
- A quick google search and it appears the 4 pin sub / part no. has been used since 2015 on 370Zs and other Nissan models (need confirmation by a 2015+ 370Z owner)
- the 370Z sub sits in the spare wheel. I'm pretty sure this is the difference with wheel acting as secondary enclosure. I did not transfer over the wheel to test
Also to note:
- it looks like the spare wheel, jack and all the trim from a 370Z would fit in the Z if you desired to have a spare
