Lol it will be (for those of us who are used to that modded vq sound) but we know that the aftermarket will be throwing this car through the ringer so no worries. We'll have the sub $1000 exhaust options up to the infamous Tomei and Titanium Amuse running $5k+. I am hella soopa excited to see...
My guess in what it sounds like; Take the Q60 Red Sport exhaust note, and imagine a slighty louder tone as the midpipe length or midpipe resonator size is probably going to be shorter/smaller resulting in louder sound. That's what the case was for the 370z/G37.
I'm def coming to see it in person. I hated the 370z in pictures, and loved it in person. Now, while I don't hate the Z, let's see how much MORE I love it in person. New camera gear in bound JUST for this event LOL
^ The date they'll tell you what the production car will look like. And also, its right before the NY Auto show. I was debating on going to the show, but looks like now its confirmed :D:cool:
If Toyota/Subaru have nothing to address the ridculous amount of road noise that comes into the car, then Z no brainer. I owned a 370 and my brother has a BRZ. As much as EVERY SINGLE BRZ/FRS owner says when they buy the car "it doesn't need more power, it handles so well and that's why I bought...
^ Yup! And to add insult to injury, some will end up switching over to the new BRZ then bad mouthing Nissan for being late, and unreliable, blah blah blah. But, when the Z does finally show up, then those who jumped ship will def be the first to regret not waiting. As much as we all hate to...
It is not possible (Currently) in the vehicles that I have tested.
Yea, Nissan/Infiniti was first to come out with this Birds Eye/Around View in the 2007 G35 and it's FINALLY making their way to other manufacturers. Same thing with the Synchrorev match. It was hated so much by so many...
It could be for the Around View Monitor that most Nissan's that have the Tech package/highest trim come with. It would be amazing if the Z came with it, as we already know it'll come with the Radar Cruise Control (huge box thing in middle of front Grille) and Front and Rear Parking sensors.
Si. I just want the damn specs/options already.
Also regardless of how the front looks, people will either buy it or won't. And some will wait for the aftermarket to get up and running, and then they'll pick one up. I don't think there is much we can do at this point to change Nissan's mind...
I remember by first 8 months with the Z i loved the Bose audio, then out of nowhere it was replaced by my Fast Intentions Non Resonated Carbon Fiber Exhaust. Talk about a perfect sound system LOL
Yea, If that badge can be removed, I'll be removing it and adding the Fairlady Z. If its one piece with the rear panel, then I'll replace the damn thing or just paint the Z so it blends in/is hidden.
Any mods on any car can be flagged and could void your warranty if the dealership can prove the mod itself caused the problem (Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act). The thing with FI cars is that, you get massive power bumps with basic Bolt-Ons compared to NA, but the risk you run is that there are more...
Technically, yes, but for majority of the owners, the car won’t be tracked or beat on that aggressively to notice any real drop in airflow/cooling. Most will hoon it for a bit and then relax to let the car cool down. Plus there is ample space in that massive grille to get airflow going (assuming...
Lol trust me, with a car w/turbo, 350 torque is no joke. My S4 is now at ~390tq and the car pulls hard. As soon as you dip into throttle (even 50%) the torque delivery is pretty instant and you get pushed back into the seat. Full throttle and since it's AWD it feels like a GT-R like launch. But...
Those are the colors that I'm leaning towards (minus white lettering) or possible Brilliant Silver. either way, each color combo & modded (even slightly) is going to look amazing.
