i'm not much of a wheel guy but these are impressive. I now have this desire of getting them myself. would you share info for ordering pls ? i need details (specs, options to chose that fits the z) and the seller if possible bc this is my first time shopping for rims ever. looking forward to...
since it's been rare because there aren't many sold. i'll include some numbers for those who are interested.
picked mine up from tampa, fl this past friday. 5k markup, 800 predelivery dealer fee, (and some surprise last minute sneak in charge but was found out and rejected), bottom line , got...
understated yet profoundly colored, this must be my favorite fo all z colors sofar. Can you post some more pix if possible? Is it pretty close to real life ? in many other pix on line of this rosewood, the color are kind of muted, deaden. Yours are vivid and alive. Thanks.
@KCZ damn, this advice to call boondocks dealers are really fruitful. I've got a seemingly solid lead with msrp, albeit 1000 miles away but it's definitely worth it. Thank You!
i'm surprised that there are quite a few pp that can get their z with msrp. I haven't looked that far and congrats for your effort that paid off great for you.
edit: in norCal, it's impossible to have msrp, every dealer has markup, the one in hayward has 35k markup it's insane, others are ~10K...
Thanks for replying, congrats on your z, white looks fantastic and was one of my choices. White is so rare, there is only one among like 10 dealers near me. I'm going for the rosewood this time if it pans out, just because it's the one tha'ts available. I'd go with black, blue, gun metal...
still no z for me in norCal, no dealer without a <10k markup, i'm going to visit my sister in FL and called a few dealers ovethere yesterday for a performance, one agreed 5k markup another 7.5K, (both started out with 10K), it seems 5k is the lowest. I plan to, if it comes to pass, road trip...
let's throw in the tlx type s too and take the es out. so is350 f, tlx type s, model 3. wildly different in appearance. should be interesting for a z lover to decide.
dealers markup bc there is not an abundance of them. why not? bc supply chain broken due to covid that in turn cause shortage of products. but how do pp afford high price ? i think partly bc surplus money coming from fed zero rates that cause house shopping frenzy in turn doubling house price in...
if buyers are having money hand over fist wanting so much to give away to dealers then it's all good for both sides. heheh...it's unavoidable in inflation periods. What i hope is the situation will calm down over time. it may take 2 yrs for market to absorb all this surplus money and start...
another dealer called with 30K markup. damn must be lots pf pp swimming in money these days, inflation is insane. free money pouring in the last 2 yrs now are oozing backout, great job fed!
