  1. Manual Supra Confirmed for 23?

At this point the deposit only guarantees me the ability to be the first one (at this dealer) to actually place a factory order. No details on timing yet, or price ?
  2. Manual Supra Confirmed for 23?

    Placed a deposit on a ‘23 Supra 3.0 Premium MT today :O
  3. Nissan Z Media Test Drive Event Underway @ Las Vegas Motor Speedway

The 370Z was meh, I would hope they had a Zupra or perhaps even a Cayman out there for comparison.
  4. Official Specs: Weight, Fuel Economy MPG (Nissan Z Sport vs Performance vs 370Z)

Ugh, why is it over 200lbs heavier than the Supra 3.0? Come on Nissan ? 2023 Performance AT - 3602lbs 2022 Supra 3.0 - 3400lbs Comparing apples to apples, I assume when the '23 Supra 3.0 MT comes out it will be lighter than the AT.
  5. Nissan Japan Website Updated!

Thank you! More caster is good I'm just really, really hoping they also made some provisions for half decent camber adjustment.
  6. Savagegeese says 2023 Nissan Z is amazing

If it really gained only an extra 50lbs under the hood that's excellent.
  7. Savagegeese says 2023 Nissan Z is amazing

If this (https://www.motor1.com/news/563715/2023-nizzan-z-weight-order-guide/) is true then it looks like curb weight went from 3333lbs to 3486lbs in base trim, so its gained 153lbs. I was assuming the bulk of that was coming from the TT setup.
  8. Savagegeese says 2023 Nissan Z is amazing

I'd be shocked if it had corner entry or mid corner overseer, this thing will likely have a ton of weight over the nose with the big TT engine and its associated cooling. I'm willing to bet it'll push a fair bit in factory form, hence why I'm praying there is some decent adjustability in the...
  9. Savagegeese says 2023 Nissan Z is amazing

Can you also comment on top speed in 2nd and 3rd gear? Important to those of us that want to autocross the thing :D
  10. Savagegeese says 2023 Nissan Z is amazing

Looking forward to it, those little chassis and suspension changes they made are what I'm most interested in.
  11. Savagegeese says 2023 Nissan Z is amazing

Anything regarding the suspension geometry changes and perhaps most importantly, can it dial in some meaningful camber?
  12. Whose Z reviews are you most looking forwards to? / Embargo lifts on 5/16. Which reviews will you watch first and why? Go....

Jason Cammisa and/or Randy Pobst Chris Harris Throttle House (only if it's a Throttle House Track Test) Don't much care about what anyone else thinks. If this thing isn't good, dynamically, on a track I'm definitely cancelling my order.
  13. Q&A with Nissan US Director of Corporate Communications, Dan Passe - Submit your questions for discussion!

@Dan_Passe Thank you for taking the time to provide answers to all of these questions, it's much appreciated. Would it be possible to get a further breakdown of how exactly the front suspension geometry was changed? From the Nissan Press Kit "The front double-wishbone aluminum suspension...
  14. What will stop you from owning the new Z?

My local dealership (the one that moves the most vette's) has over 200 people on the list for a base C8 and over 60 people on the list for a Z06. It's absolute chaos trying to get a C8.
  15. What will stop you from owning the new Z?

Good luck with that, trust me I've been trying to get a C8 for over a year. There's no way you're getting a C8 anywhere near it's base price MSRP.
  16. Who is going to track the new Z?

As the 21' Supra and the M2 are in BS the new Z will almost certainly end up in there as well. How competitive it will be remains to be seen but I suspect that how much camber adjustment will be available from the factory (if any) will have an impact on that.
  17. What will stop you from owning the new Z?

Bad reviews from the auto journalists that can actually drive i.e. Randy Pobst MSRP Lack of front camber adjustment
  18. 2023 Nissan Z Pre-Orders in Canada Have Sold Out

The GM at my dealer told me 140 coming to Canada in total for 2023 MY. However as there are ~200 Nissan dealerships in Canada that would imply less than 1 per dealer, I really hope he was confusing Proto vs. Sport/Performance.
  19. Whats your price breaking point for a Z???

See Post #82 in this thread (https://www.nissanzclub.com/forum/threads/whats-your-price-breaking-point-for-a-z.807/post-20867) $40K USD does not equal $48K CAD with Nissan's pricing structure, it's not a simple Forex.
